Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for IT projects.

• Drive transition strategies ensuring successful project adoption in government environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead OCM role on IT projects.
• 3+ years of OCM experience specifically within government projects.
• 2+ years applying OCM frameworks to government implementations.
• PMP Certification.
• Proficiency with ADKAR or Agile Change Management.
• Experience with Prosci, Lewin, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, or Bridges' Transition Model.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
