Description

You will lead large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders within a retail environment. You own the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality parameters are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, defining milestones and tracking progress.
• Perform resource capacity analysis and manage resource planning in partnership with department leadership.
• Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of project expenditures.
• Facilitate procurement and sourcing by defining deliverables and tracking vendor negotiation activities.
• Mentor and coach team members and other project managers.

Required Skills

• At least eight consecutive years of project management experience, including package implementation and support for complex business and technology projects.
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and modern technical environments.
• Expertise in PMI, Prince2, or equivalent project management frameworks.
• Strong background in retail or business operations.
• Proficiency in budget, cost, schedule, risk, change, and quality management.
• Experience with contract review and vendor negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in ambiguous situations.
• Required PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
