Description
You will lead large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders within a retail environment. You own the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality parameters are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, defining milestones and tracking progress.
- Perform resource capacity analysis and manage resource planning in partnership with department leadership.
- Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of project expenditures.
- Facilitate procurement and sourcing by defining deliverables and tracking vendor negotiation activities.
- Mentor and coach team members and other project managers.
Required Skills
- At least eight consecutive years of project management experience, including package implementation and support for complex business and technology projects.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and modern technical environments.
- Expertise in PMI, Prince2, or equivalent project management frameworks.
- Strong background in retail or business operations.
- Proficiency in budget, cost, schedule, risk, change, and quality management.
- Experience with contract review and vendor negotiation.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in ambiguous situations.
- Required PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
