Lead large-scale transformation programs and service delivery initiatives across global, multi-timezone teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct architectural design, engineering activities, change control, and operational acceptance for unified communications and managed services.
• Develop project plans, migration strategies, risk logs, and automated executive dashboards to communicate status.
• Proactively resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality while managing shifting priorities.
• Facilitate technical forums, document outcomes, and provide daily direction to Security and Network teams.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, including formal documentation and coordination with cross-functional consultants.

Required Skills

• 25+ years of IT industry experience.
• 15+ years as a Project Manager or Service Manager.
• 3+ years as a Program Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or B.A.).
• PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Proven delivery of large unified communications, managed services, mobility solutions, or global security/network deployments.
• Fluent English with business-level proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, including creating automated executive dashboards.
• Experience with formal change control processes and service management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation v3 Certification.
• Global security deployment experience and knowledge of security frameworks.
