Description

You will own IT project risk management for the Legacy Replacement Project within the Enterprise Project Management Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Risk, Issue, Change Requests, and Decisions Register.
• Conduct risk and issue meetings to drive resolution.
• Generate weekly Risk, Issue, and Owner reports.
• Present project risks and issues to upper management.
• Enforce project oversight on deliverables, tasks, and processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing project-related issues and risks.
• Expertise in risk identification, verification, owner assignment, mitigation, and closure.
• Deep understanding of Project Risk Management and PMI PMBOK guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation, collaboration, and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Risk Management certifications.
• Experience with Planview Project Portfolio Management software.
• Experience with Pension Administration systems.
