Description

Lead protocol development for 4G and 5G NR and LTE architectures, owning the design and versioning of elegant APIs for protocol implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain protocol stacks with a primary focus on RRC across L1, L2, and L3 layers.
• Design and version clean, scalable APIs for protocol implementations.
• Deliver independent protocol solutions and ensure architectural integrity across network layers.
• Utilize Python scripting and C# to build development tools and testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in protocol development.
• Expert-level knowledge of RRC protocol.
• Deep understanding of NR and LTE protocols, including NAS and PHY.
• Moderate-level understanding of L1 and L2 protocols.
• Proficiency in C# and Python scripting.
• Experience working with XML and Schema.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket and Jira for version control and project management.
• Ability to design versioned, clean APIs.
