Description

You will build and own an enterprise-grade AI chatbot solution using Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Python-based AI chatbot.
• Integrate the chatbot with Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and access control.
• Connect the chatbot to Confluence to surface knowledge base content.
• Implement integration with the help desk/ticketing platform (Zoho ServiceDesk Plus).
• Ensure the chatbot meets enterprise standards for usability, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Experience integrating systems with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with knowledge base platforms like Confluence.
• Experience connecting chatbots to ticketing systems.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing, and documentation.
