You will own the test automation strategy and execution for development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated application qualification solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware configuration issues affecting automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application quality via test automation.
• Document processes, findings, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to the test automation team.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall experience in software testing or automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Expertise in XPath for element location.
• Hands-on experience with UI-driven test automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Experience integrating tests with CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright or other modern test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with complex software/hardware troubleshooting in test environments.
• Experience mentoring junior automation engineers.
