Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions to qualify applications and improve overall quality.
• Mentor the test automation team on technical practices and best practices.
• Engage with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Determine independent test automation methods, techniques, and criteria.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Mid-level to strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with UI-driven test automation using Selenium or Playwright.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools for pipeline integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting complex software and hardware configurations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to function effectively in a changing business environment.
