Description

You will design and develop scalable backend systems, owning the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Python with Bottle or Flask frameworks.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop high-performance components utilizing multi-threading and asynchronous processing models.
• Compile and integrate C++ or C# applications within the Python ecosystem.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and debug complex issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python programming and backend design patterns.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL database management and query optimization.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and web applications.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threading and async processing models.
• Working knowledge of C++ or C++ code compilation and integration.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Computer Applications (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA).
