Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services for real-time, web-socket-based communication used by hospital customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop asynchronous Python workflows using libraries like asyncio and aiohttp.
• Design and implement scalable application logic for systems serving medical device customers.
• Manage data retrieval, storage, and processing using SQL Server.
• Containerize applications with Docker and contribute to deployment pipelines on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with system hardware.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python.
• Deep experience in asynchronous Python (asyncio, aiohttp, websockets).
• Experience building applications that utilize web sockets.
• Strong SQL experience, particularly with MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker).
• Experience deploying applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2, EKS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience with healthcare or medical device systems.
