Description

Build and maintain enterprise-level data solutions using Python and scalable architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines using Python.
• Design scalable data processing solutions to manage large volumes of data.
• Integrate external data sources and APIs to expand organizational data assets.
• Maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, lineage, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement data solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Experience building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Familiarity with SSIS.
• Experience with Python testing and code analysis tools including Pytest and Pylint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance.
