Key Responsibilities:
Lead the data quality strategy for Hellium Services, ensuring consistent behavior, adherence to common patterns, and high reliability across Global Markets applications.
Provide QA leadership for modernization initiatives within the Quartz Financial Stack, driving test coverage, automation, and validation of both functional and non functional requirements.
Own the quality assurance approach for trade horizontal services, shared components, and tooling used across multiple asset classes, with accountability for integration, regression, and cross dependency testing.
Lead testing and validation of Python based backend services, including API testing, data integrity checks, event driven flows, resiliency, and failure scenario validation.
Partner closely with trading, product, development, and DevOps leadership to assess delivery risk, influence design decisions
