Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend applications and cloud-native services on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy serverless and containerized solutions using AWS Lambda and ECS Fargate.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs via API Gateway, ensuring secure configuration and secrets management.
• Implement data persistence and migration strategies using RDS, S3, and relational databases.
• Configure application monitoring, logging, and alerts with CloudWatch, and manage VPC networking and Route 53.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams through code reviews and Agile/Scrum workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python, including Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of OOPs, data structures, and design patterns.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in configuring AWS Secrets Manager, Systems Manager, VPC, and Route 53.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and designing REST APIs.
• Experience with DevOps practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
