Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based web applications using FastAPI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize database models using SQLAlchemy and manage migrations with Alembic.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain engineering standards through code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Expertise in SQLAlchemy and Alembic for database management.
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with Git version control and Docker containerization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of pytest testing frameworks.
