You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and modern frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices and RESTful APIs adhering to clean architecture principles.
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and reviews.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and resolve production incidents.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions on system design and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python 3.8+ with strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Applied experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
• Practical experience deploying and managing services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth understanding of Git, including branching strategies.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data engineering, ETL tools, or AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools and distributed systems.
