You will build scalable backend systems and data pipelines, bridging software development and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
• Develop and manage ETL processes and data pipelines for robust data solutions.
• Architect modular, configurable, and reusable frameworks to streamline engineering.
• Implement Slack integrations and custom apps to drive team automation.
• Write optimized SQL queries for efficient data storage and analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with FastAPI.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data engineering principles.
• Experience designing and implementing reusable, configurable frameworks.
• Proven ability to build and integrate Slack applications or workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, debugging, and deployment.
