Description

You will design, develop, and maintain key applications and tools while translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support core applications and tools.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Own DevOps responsibilities for assigned products, tools, or components.
• Resolve escalated user issues by performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with multiple squads on scripting, frontend development, and user testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python application development or content and knowledge management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience building Web Services using REST APIs.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and Object-Oriented Design/Design Patterns.
• Proficiency with Git version control and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and SaaS APIs.
• Experience with Unix or Windows platforms.
