You will build scalable applications within the capital markets domain, focusing on risk, financial pricing, and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications using object-oriented programming and fundamental design principles.
• Implement data cleaning and transformation processes to identify patterns and trends.
• Manage multi-process architecture and navigate Python threading limitations.
• Develop event-driven programs and schedule jobs or trigger events programmatically.
• Write and implement automated unit tests to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in core Python programming and object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Risk, financial pricing, valuations).
• Experience with multi-process architecture and Python threading limitations.
• Proficiency in event-driven programming.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cleaning and Data Transformation.
• Experience with Git or SVN for source code management.
• Experience working with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
