You will architect and build secure, event-driven automation services for IAM and compliance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security processes into automated workflows, APIs, and low-level designs.
• Design secure microservices and job runners using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Own the end-to-end SDLC, including coding, testing, reviews, documentation, and deployment.
• Implement observability standards with structured logging, tracing, metrics, and alerting.
• Integrate event-driven automation for IAM onboarding, access reviews, and compliance checks.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of software development experience with recent hands-on work in Python and Java.
• Expertise in Python with FastAPI/Flask, async IO, and task runners (Celery/RQ).
• Proficiency in Java using Spring Boot and Spring Security, including REST/gRPC.
• Proven experience automating cybersecurity processes, specifically IAM lifecycle and PAM operations.
• Integration experience with message queues such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Solid grasp of security protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, JWT, and secrets management (Vault/KMS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise security tooling and compliance frameworks.
• Background in building high-throughput event-driven architectures.
