Description

You will design and build secure automation services and APIs for IAM, PAM, and compliance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate security processes into automated workflows, APIs, and low-level designs.
• Design and implement secure microservices and job runners using Python and Java.
• Own the end-to-end SDLC, including coding, testing, reviews, and deployment.
• Build event-driven automation for vulnerability management and compliance checks.
• Implement observability and harden services with rate limiting and circuit breakers.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of software development experience with recent hands-on work in Python and Java.
• Expertise in Python, specifically FastAPI or Flask, async IO, and task runners like Celery or RQ.
• Proficiency in Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST/gRPC.
• Proven experience automating cybersecurity processes, particularly IAM lifecycle and PAM operations.
• Integration experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and webhook patterns.
• Familiarity with security protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, JWT, TLS, and secrets management (Vault/KMS).
• Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Ability to integrate with enterprise tools like IAM (Okta/SailPoint) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
