Description

Design and build secure, event-driven automation services and APIs for IAM, PAM, and compliance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security processes into automated workflows, APIs, and services, producing low-level designs.
• Develop event-driven and scheduled automations for IAM lifecycle, PAM operations, and compliance checks.
• Integrate services with enterprise tools, including IAM (Okta/SailPoint), PAM (CyberArk), and SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), covering coding, testing, reviews, and deployment.
• Implement and monitor observability standards, including structured logging, tracing, and alerting for measurable SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with recent hands-on work in Python and Java for backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Python using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, including async IO and data processing (pandas).
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot, including Spring Security and REST/gRPC.
• Proven experience automating cybersecurity processes such as IAM lifecycle and vulnerability workflows.
• Integration experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and REST/gRPC endpoints.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Solid grasp of security protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, JWT, and secrets management (Vault/KMS).
• Experience designing and implementing microservices using clean architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta or SailPoint IAM integration.
• Familiarity with CyberArk PAM operations.
