You will lead technical development for AI-driven projects, implementing advanced predictive analysis and providing technical guidance to the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development for AI-driven projects and implement advanced predictive analysis features.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, conduct code reviews, and implement coding standards.
• Perform feasibility studies, assessing technical alternatives, architecture best practices, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Optimize performance and ensure process compliance within assigned modules.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Python programming.
• Strong expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with time series algorithms, anomaly detection, and prediction algorithms (Random Forest, Isolation Forest, LSTM).
• Proficiency with transformer models including BERT and GPT.
• Experience using TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Working knowledge of deep learning and neural networks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps.
• Ability to perform predictive analysis using iONA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Client technologies.
