Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and real-time, event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement event-driven features and messaging using Kafka.
• Handle asynchronous tasks using Celery or lightweight job queues.
• Prototype and iterate quickly on new features and experiments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with Django REST Framework and API development.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar messaging systems.
• Working knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Experience writing clean, modular, and efficient code.
• Ability to work within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI).
