Description

Design, develop, and optimize data-intensive applications and microservices using Python and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python-based applications and microservices.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy.
• Manage SQL databases including schema design and query optimization.
• Deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Python development.
• 3+ years focused on data engineering and analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, indexing, stored procedures).
• Proficiency in Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Data Lake, and Synapse.
• Hands-on experience building batch and real-time ETL workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
