You will architect and build secure automation services for cybersecurity processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security processes into automated workflows, APIs, and services.
• Design secure microservices and job runners using clean architecture patterns.
• Build event-driven and scheduled automation for IAM lifecycle, PAM operations, and compliance checks.
• Own the end-to-end SDLC, including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with hands-on work in Python and Java for backend services.
• Expertise in Python, specifically FastAPI/Flask, async IO, and task runners (Celery/RQ).
• Proficiency in Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST/gRPC, and JVM performance tuning.
• Proven experience automating cybersecurity processes like IAM lifecycle and PAM operations.
• Integration experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, REST/gRPC, webhooks, and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps).
• Solid grasp of security protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, TLS, and secrets management (Vault/KMS).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience integrating with enterprise tools like Splunk, Sentinel, Okta, or CyberArk.
