Description

You will architect and deliver automated security workflows, integrating Python and Java services with enterprise identity, compliance, and operations platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and security requirements into low-level designs, sequence diagrams, and secure microservices using clean architecture.
• Build event-driven automations for IAM lifecycle, PAM workflows, compliance checks, and SOAR playbooks.
• Integrate systems with Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Splunk, ServiceNow, and Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Own the full SDLC including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement secure coding practices, observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus), and service hardening.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on work in Python and Java.
• Python: FastAPI or Flask, async IO, pandas, Celery/RQ, and API integration.
• Java: Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST/gRPC, concurrency, and JVM tuning.
• Proven experience automating cybersecurity processes (IAM, PAM, compliance, incident response).
• Cloud and DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), and Terraform.
• Security protocols: OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, TLS, secrets management, and certificate management.
• Experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and ETL/ELT patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NIST/ISO standards and audit/compliance evidence collection.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering standards.
