Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems using Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy small and open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, GPT) and build advanced NLP/NLU workflows.
• Drive critical systems architecture in Python, focusing on API and microservices design using FastAPI or Flask.
• Architect, deploy, and scale ML/AI solutions on cloud platforms, prioritizing AWS with serverless and IaC.
• Implement containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD, and operational monitoring to champion DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers, drive system architecture reviews, and serve as the technical escalation point for production issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years delivering ML/AI solutions in a cloud environment.
• Mastery of Python for API/microservice development, object-oriented patterns, and automated testing.
• Real-world experience in LLM prompt engineering, few-shot prompting, and fine-tuning using LangChain or LangGraph.
• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/K8s) and CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks, including Hugging Face Transformers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source LLMs such as Llama or Mistral.
