Responsibilities

• Deliver performant, resilient, and highly available software at scale.
• Establish best practices for security, compliance, and privacy within the SDLC.
• Champion test-driven development and lead the CI/CD journey for the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience designing and shipping distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Full-stack development experience, including web technologies like React.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, including consensus, convergence, load balancing, and data consistency.
• Proficiency with AWS, CI/CD, and Jenkins.
• Experience working within Scrum or Agile development frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
