Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex data integration systems and ETL pipelines using Python.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into Data Warehouses and Data Marts.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Conduct technical validations, participate in architecture and code reviews, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system consistency.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of practical IT experience with extensive Python development expertise.
• Deep knowledge of ETL pipeline development and Data Warehousing architecture (Star/Snowflake Schema, Facts, Dimensions).
• Proficiency with Unix environments and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with GitHub for code management and CI/CD workflows, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Snowflake cloud databases.
• Experience using Control M scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills

• Prior work with Visual Studio Code, GitHub Actions, GitHub, Snowflake, and Control M.
