You design and implement complex software solutions using Python, Django, and Flask, owning the release pipeline, code quality, and technical guidance for junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
• Collaborate with the development team to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer.
• Proficiency with Django and Flask frameworks.
• Strong understanding of multi-process architecture and Python threading limitations.
• Experience with testing and debugging using tools like pytest.
• Mandatory experience with Git version control.
• Proficiency with Python packaging and dependency management using Poetry.
• Experience creating command line interfaces with Click or Typer.
• Experience with task runners and build tools such as Taskfile.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD processes.
