Description

Lead technical direction and team coordination for large-scale web and API applications while working directly with customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of projects and manage development teams.
• Build and scale large-scale web and API applications using Django.
• Manage and process large datasets using Pandas and SQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, pagination, and background jobs.
• Optimize performance for large-scale web applications and manage deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Pandas.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational datastores.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Proficiency in ReactJS or VueJS.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture and architectural patterns.
• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bootstrap, SASS, and TypeScript.
• Experience using New Relic, Sentry, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with Javascript build tools and AJAX/DOM manipulation.
