You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and complex system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex software systems using Python.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Integrate third-party APIs and work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Expertise in Python frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and software design patterns.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and CI/CD pipelines using Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, and AI-ML frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with vector stores such as FAISS, PgVector, or Pinecone.
