Description

You will lead complex engineering initiatives, building full-stack Python applications and intelligent agent systems across multiple business areas.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale technical solutions and full-stack Python applications.
• Develop and deploy intelligent agents, including human-in-the-loop and autonomous models.
• Build and maintain infrastructure on OpenShift, Azure, or GCP.
• Create self-service engineering capabilities to support operations teams.
• Drive technical decisions and influence architectural direction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Full-stack development background.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with small language model development or agent-based systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building human-interactive and autonomous agents.
• Platform engineering experience.
