You will build and optimize margin calculators for equity, derivative, and credit products, with a focus on the Legacy Net Excess Calculator.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Python and SQL-based margin calculators for various asset classes.
• Maintain and update the Legacy Net Excess Calculator to ensure accurate financial logic.
• Apply complex financial logic to calculate margins for equity, derivative, and credit products.
• Collaborate on software development tasks requiring C++ expertise.
• Deliver high-quality code within a professional software development environment.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python development.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with C++ programming.
• Direct experience with equity, derivative, and credit product calculations.
• Background in the financial services industry.
