Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through the full lifecycle of complex projects from conception to deployment.
• Design and implement technical solutions by collaborating closely with front office teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable code.
• Apply risk management and financial modelling principles to improve decision-making processes.
• Navigate ambiguous business problems by providing structure, analysis, and planning.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python for designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, ideally within financial services.
• Experience managing greenfield projects from initial conception through to deployment.
• Proficiency with AWS, Node.js, and Kotlin.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Quartz ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Athena and SecDB.
