Description

You will own the development and maintenance of core Python applications and services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python applications and scripts for API and data migration tasks.
• Migrate and validate data from DynamoDB tables to Aurora DB, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Work with AWS services including Lambda, RDS/Aurora, and associated APIs to support migration and integration.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code adjustments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support metadata-related tasks and manual data transition efforts as needed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Python Development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically Lambda and Aurora/RDS.
• Experience working with APIs and complex data migrations.
• Proficiency with DynamoDB.
• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills in development projects.
• Ability to handle the end-to-end development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with metadata management and manual data transition processes.
• Background in database schema design and optimization.
