Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Python, Flask, or FastAPI. You own the backend services, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and built with strong object-oriented principles.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready Python code with clean, reusable, and maintainable architecture.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and reliability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation for ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Proven experience building REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with containers including Docker and Kubernetes.
