Description

You will maintain and enhance a large-scale, globally deployed VMware-based virtualization platform, ensuring stability and supporting Brokerage's infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Brokerage's global virtualization infrastructure and heterogeneous environment.
• Develop solutions to manage, configure, and support distributed installations.
• Contribute to the provisioning system, providing APIs and command-based interfaces for system administration.
• Write secure, testable, and robust code within a collaborative, modular project structure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Perl programming.
• Expertise in Linux, including familiarity with UNIX system calls.
• Experience with backend server development for state-based distributed systems providing highly available APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and database programming.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration.
• Experience working on large-scale (10,000+ lines), collaboratively developed modular projects.
