Description

You will serve as a technical lead for backend architecture and API development across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Design and implement backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Manage database schemas and migrations using SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
• Architect secure authentication flows using OAuth2 and SAML.
• Maintain observability and monitoring via Splunk and DataDog.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy.
• Deep knowledge of Pydantic, Alembic, and API Routers.
• Mandatory experience with Azure SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Splunk, DataDog, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions and Azure CI/CD.
• Implementation of OAuth2 and SAML protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed teams in offshore models.
