Description

You will own the development and optimization of scalable data applications and pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance Python applications.
• Design MongoDB schemas, manage indexing strategies, and execute complex aggregation pipelines.
• Build and optimize PySpark data pipelines for high-volume processing and governance.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for performance.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across Python, Spark, and database layers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MongoDB, including NoSQL operations and data modeling.
• Strong experience with PySpark and Apache Spark for data processing.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborative solution design.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-stack performance issues.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
• 3-year tenure stability.
