Description

Lead engineering teams to build and maintain full-stack web applications in a global delivery model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, React JS, and SQL.
• Implement reusable code for frontend and backend components.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization using industry best practices.
• Lead engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing and debugging.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React JS.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
• Understanding of containerization, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, or Mocha.
• Proven experience leading teams in a global delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
