Description

Develop and support anti-money laundering systems by translating business requirements into technical specifications and shipping robust financial applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Code solutions using Python to meet complex business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation.
• Develop, package, and implement financial applications within the compliance domain.
• Debug and solve complex issues using strong analytical skills.
• Optimize database performance and scripting for SQL environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of intensive coding experience in Python.
• 5+ years of solid programming skills in SQL, MS SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
• 3+ years of working knowledge of Java application development and JSON.
• 2+ years of experience with Big Data concepts, including PySpark development on Cloud databases.
• 2+ years of experience with XML technologies and messaging patterns.
• Experience developing applications within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting and database optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
• Knowledge of AML systems development.
