You will build and maintain critical infrastructure to support quantitative investing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure supporting quantitative investing strategies.
• Manage data ingestion processes and data integration platforms.
• Maintain system stability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot systems-related issues and manage the release of code fixes and enhancements.
• Apply creative problem solving to present multiple solutions and analyze potential side effects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production-level Python programming using NumPy and Pandas.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing infrastructure for quantitative investing.
• Background in the financial industry.
• Strong proficiency with SQL.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and microservice architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience working in a Unix environment.
• Experience with version control and the software delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
