Description

You will own the development of ETL pipelines, data migration scripts, and automation solutions using Python. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards while optimizing SQL queries and database objects for performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data migration scripts, and automation tools using Python.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects across multiple platforms.
• Extract, transform, validate, and load data from various sources including cloud systems, on-premises databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and document data migration processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Python development.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Ingres.
• Proven experience with ETL processes, data migration, and data conversion projects.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Understanding of data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Java development or Perl scripting.
• Familiarity with Git/Subversion, CI/CD pipelines, and Power BI administration.
