Build, test, and debug Python code for web applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug Python code for web applications and services.
• Integrate internal and external APIs using RESTful or GraphQL protocols.
• Manage SQL databases, including data analysis and manipulation.
• Write system, unit, and integration tests using pytest or similar frameworks.
• Document code and API specifications while using GitLab for version control and code review.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with server-side templating languages such as Jinja2 or Mako.
• Deep understanding of Python's threading and multiprocess architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong SQL database skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git or SVN.
• Experience writing tests with pytest or similar frameworks.
• Foundational knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intent Categorization Frameworks or similar products.
• Background using Python for data science or machine learning projects.
• Experience working with call center data.
