You will rewrite existing spatial data management layers by converting current Java codebases into Python.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing Java/J2EE codebases to Python applications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based systems.
• Analyze legacy code to ensure accurate conversion logic.
• Manage and optimize spatial data management layers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x.
• Strong core Java and J2EE fundamentals.
• Advanced Oracle database and SQL skills.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Proficiency using IDEs such as PyCharm.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, IoT, or ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
