Description

You will build automation tools and reporting functions to analyze large user populations and identify trends.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python automation to identify characteristics, relationships, and trends within large datasets.
• Build scripts to filter user populations into specific groups based on defined criteria.
• Execute API calls using Python to interact with supported databases and tools.
• Create user interfaces using front-end technologies to support reporting functions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years focused on Python.
• Deep expertise in Python and data science libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and SciKit-learn.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP and Apache.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and LDAP.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience aggregating large data sets across multiple systems.
• Background in the financial industry.
