Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and microservices for enterprise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures using Python.
• Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
• Integrate applications with relational databases and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and object-oriented design.
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL).
• Experience with Git, source control management, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
