Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-scale platforms for data computation and processing.
• Advises mid-level developers, allocates work, and ensures code quality.
• Partner with management to integrate functions and identify system enhancements.
• Resolve complex business and system process issues through in-depth evaluation.
• Define coding standards and ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience with SQL, Git, and Unix environments.
• Deep understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Proven ability to manage and implement successful software projects.
• Ability to provide expert analysis to define issues and develop solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with banking domain concepts like pricing and risk management.
• CFA or FRM certification.
• Knowledge of platform engineering and source code management tools like Bitbucket.
