Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable software designs.
• Write fully functional, efficient code in Python.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues using strong analytical skills.
• Implement design patterns and frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in English.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) proficiency.
• Expertise in at least one of: Python, Java, C++, or C#.
• Willingness to use Python as the primary development language, even if background is in Java, C++, or C#.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and software frameworks.
• Proven ability to write efficient, production-ready code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading design reviews.
